Fast Starts: Rather than waiting a full year, U.S. blue badge hourly workers (including part-timers) will now be qualified for Career Choice after just 90 days of continuous employment.
What fields of study are qualified for the program?
For courses leading to technical and vocational certifications or associate’s degrees in certain in-demand industries, such as engineering, information technology, mechanical and electrical trades, healthcare, construction, transportation, and accounting, the Amazon Career Choice Program will pre-pay 95% of tuition and related fees at accredited institutions.
Aviation mechanics, computer-aided design, machine tool technology, medical laboratory science, dental hygiene, and nursing are some specific examples. This program does not apply to coursework for Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees and instead focuses on technical and vocational training programs.
